siRNA and mRNA Design

ACON Pharma provides the service of siRNA and mRNA design using AI based on the request from the customers. We can also help to manufacture siRNA and mRNA, and load them into LNP delivery systems. ACON can use its own IP protected cationic or ionizable lipids or customer's lipids to prepare LNP.

Nucleic Acid Related Chemistry

Our experienced chemists have curated comprehensive organic chemistry and nucleic acid chemistry knowledge, together with computational scientists and biologists to provide powerful solutions for your DNA & RNA related applications. We are equipped with the specialized synthesizers to support various demanding oligos requests.
  • Modified nucleosides or nucleotides, range from mg scale to kg scale
  • Modified phosphoramidite, range from mg scale to kg scale
  • Custom DNA/RNA oligos: single-strand DNA (10-100 mer), single-stranded and duplexed RNA (14-60 mer)
  • Large-scale synthesis: 1~8 mmol per batch, milligram to gram quantities including ASO, siRNA, microRNA, antimiR, aptamer, sgRNA
